What is Performance Consulting?
JBL&A Performance Consulting deals with the pain an organization feels when it isn't performing well.
What are some of the symptoms? Lost sales, high attrition, customer complaints, employee dissatisfaction and distrust, breakdowns in communication and working relationships, products late to market, poor decision-making, or litigation.
